HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?

 

All portrait sessions, events, and elopements are guaranteed to be within 3 weeks of the session date.  Should you be interested in Expedited Delivery options, please find more information about this in A La Carte Menu listed below.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS NOT WORKING IN OUR FAVOR? (outdoor portrait sessions only)

 

My typical policy is to be in touch within 3hr of the session start time to determine whether or not to reschedule. If your session is before 10:00am, the decision will be made by 7:00pm the evening prior. Should you wish to make the call sooner, you can always reach out to reschedule at any point in time.

 

Please note that during “busy season” (May-October), sometimes rescheduling might mean looking much further down the road in our calendars given limited availability or may not be able to be accommodated at all, so I encourage my couples to keep an open-mind, be adventurous, and let the circumstances play out as nature intends.  You are always more than welcome to request a secondary date to hold in our calendars for peace of mind (review A La Carte Menu below for this customization, rules and regulations apply).

 

Ultimately, it will be my decision whether or not the weather circumstances would be either detrimental to my equipment or unsafe.

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE, IS THERE A DEPOSIT, AND WHAT ARE PAYMENT METHODS?

 

FAMILIES, NEW PARENTS, GRADS, & ENGAGEMENTS:  There is no deposit to secure your session date.  Updated client information and contract will be obtained upon securing your session date, which includes a CC to hold.  Final payment for the session is due the day of the session.  All card transactions will have a 4% processing fee, including *Venmo.  Checks can be made payable to Laura Ink but must be either hand-delivered prior to the session or brought to the session; returned checks result in a $75 fee, which is charged to the card held on file.  There is a $30 discount for cash and is accepted the day of the session.

*Venmo is no longer considered a cash transaction for small businesses and as a result requires a 4% processing fee.  Should you wish to use Venmo for your transactions, please be sure to provide your username to establish a "relationship" prior to your booking.  I will send a payment request via Venmo; should it not be fulfilled by its due date without notification, your session will be removed from the calendar and any contract will be cancelled.

HOW LONG IS MY GALLERY ACTIVE, AND AM I ABLE TO SHARE MY GALLERY?

 

Your gallery is active with all its available features 3 months for portraits and 6 months for events & elopements, beginning the date of gallery delivery and not the date of the session.  You may always request a gallery extension (review A La Carte Menu below for this customization, rules and regulations apply).

You are more than welcome to share the link to your gallery with anyone you choose or on any platform you would like to post without modifying the images from their delivered quality.  Please note that everyone with the link to the gallery has the same level of access to the photos.  Other members added to the gallery will not be granted gallery extensions without client permission.

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY SESSION?

 

Any pricing listed can cover up to 6 people over the age of 16 (children under 16 are at no additional fee). Additional people over the age of 16 are $45 per person in addition to the base session price.  Children under 16 do not require additional payments.  There is no maximum number of people permitted for a session, but this number must be discussed upon booking.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

 

FAMILIES, NEW PARENTS, GRADS, & ENGAGEMENTS:  Please review "weather" clause above for rescheduling policies.  Cancellations can be made at any point in time without a fee so long as there has been proper communication.  No-shows will results in a full session payment charged to the card on file, which cannot be applied towards any future bookings, and future bookings will require a non-refundable 50% deposit that can be applied to the booked session.

INTIMATES:  Please review "weather" clause above for rescheduling policies.  Reservation fees collected at time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.  Cancellations can be made at any point in time without an additional fee so long as there has been proper communication.  No-shows will results in a full session payment charged to the card on file, which cannot be applied towards any future bookings.

EVENTS & ELOPEMENTS:  Should you decide to cancel services for any reason, your reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances but any payments made towards your final balance are refundable in full up to 1 month prior to your contracted date. Should you cancel services less than 1 month to your contracted date, any payments made towards your final balance may be used in credit but cannot be transferred to anyone other than the contracted clients.  It is therefore encouraged to make your final payment within the same month of your contracted date.  Customizations will be removed from what is considered to be your “final balance.”

Customization options below are for all sessions with the exception of Weddings, Events, and Elopements.  Click here to be redirected for these inquires.

All listed costs are in addition to your session package price. Customization requests are noted and honored but are not listed within your official contract.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY - 3 day delivery $195, 7 day delivery $125

 

All sessions are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 weeks from the session date. Expedited delivery may be available depending on my availability and should be inquired about prior to your session. It is not guaranteed that expedited delivery can be accommodated should I already be booked. 

ADDITIONAL DATE HOLD - $95

 

Book a second date to hold for your session to ensure you are able to reschedule sooner rather than later should the weather not be in your favor; it is strongly encouraged to add this to your session if booking between August-October.  Although this fee is non-refundable should you not use your secondary date, you may apply it to a second session or transfer the credit to a friend/family member's scheduled session.

DISPOSABLE POLAROID - $80

 

These cameras are so old school and so fun; there is nothing like having an actual print in your hand! Add this option on, and I will bring one disposable camera to your session and take photos throughout, while handing it to you at the end so you can have it developed.

PRINTS, CANVAS, & ALBUMS

 

Every online gallery comes with the ability to “shop” your gallery and to customize your order. The pricing ranges depending on the product and quantity. Should you require or desire custom options for albums, please inquire directly with details of request.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERS - $45/adult

 

Any pricing listed for a booked session will cover up to 6 individuals over the age of 16 (children under 16 are always free); additional individuals are $45 per person in addition to the base session price.

 

GALLERY EXTENSION - $25/month

 

Standard sessions have an expiration of 3 months from the delivery date for all portrait sessions and 6 months for events & elopements. Should you wish to extend the life of your gallery prior to its expiration, it is an additional $25 per month. Should you request to reactivate your gallery after it expires, it is a $50 reactivation fee plus $25 per month.

 

USB PHOTO DELIVERY - $65 (shipping included)

 

All online galleries give you full access to download all photos available within your gallery and have unlimited downloads for the entire time your gallery is active. This customization is in addition to your online gallery and is shipped via Priority with a signature required.

 

ADDITIONAL LOCATION - $50 less than 3 miles, $65 for 4-8 miles, $80 for 8-12 miles

 

All sessions come with one location. This customization is for a secondary location cost in addition to your base session rate.  Over 12 miles to a secondary location requires further information and a customized quote, so please feel free to contact with further details to obtain your rate.

 

ADDITIONAL PHOTO RETOUCHING - $80/hr
