I'm so excited to be working with you on your big day!  Thank you so much for taking the time to read through and submit your contract.  Please continue with the next step in securing your date by submitting the reservation fee.

RESERVATION FEE (found in your contract):  On payment of the Reservation Fee, Laura Ink will reserve the agreed times/dates and will not make other reservations for those times/dates. For this reason, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and THE CLIENT(S) agree(s) that this amount is earned by Laura Ink when paid and is remitted in consideration of the experience, reputation, skill of Laura Ink and in consideration of the inability of Laura Ink to schedule other clients during this time. Please see the provisions below as to Balance Payment and Cancellation+Changes for further details. Should a second date be placed on hold outside of this agreement, an additional, non-refundable Reservation Fee of $500 will be collected. This additional fee does not apply towards the Balance Payment and holds agreement rules and regulations equal to the initial Reservation Fee binding the contractual date of service.

FINAL PAYMENT, METHODS OF PAYMENTS, & PAYMENT PLANS (found in Wedding FAQ):  Your final payment is due no later than one week prior to your contracted date. There is a $150 discount for final payments paid with cash but require to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the contracted date and must be hand-delivered. All card transactions will have a 4% processing fee, including Venmo.  Checks can be made payable to Laura Ink but must be hand-delivered at least 2 weeks prior to contracted date.  Should you choose to use Venmo, please text me with the amount you would like to contribute to your balance and I will send a payment request.  There are no official Payment Plans since everyone budgets differently. You are welcome to make payments however you would like throughout the course of your contract in order to complete your final balance. Each payment will be documented with an email receipt, acknowledging your payment amount and balance due.
